Your data when you use RestoDocket
Who provides the service
Fevezo LLC, doing business as RestoDocket, provides the service and is responsible for what this notice says.
What we collect
We collect your organization and account details, your locations (each restaurant's name and address), and the transaction records the service needs — nothing else. Don't send card numbers or identity documents through the workspace.
Who reads it
We keep each customer and brand apart. Your locations are used only to provide, secure and support the service; we don't sell them or use them to train shared models.
Our hosting provider stores your workspace; Stripe handles payment. Support messages are answered by our automated support, which uses OpenAI to read your message and prepare the reply; personal identifiers are removed first.
How long we keep it
Your content stays available while the subscription is paid and for 30 days after; a deletion request stops delivery at once, erases active content within 24 hours, and backups age out within 30 days.
We keep the minimum account, consent, transaction and security records for seven years as business records.
Your rights
You can request deletion from your workspace at any time. A queued request is not completed deletion; the workspace shows the status and the receipt for completed work.
You can export your reports and files without an active payment. Exporting does not extend the periods above.

Record pages, the free check and confirming a record.
Our record pages show public records about businesses — never a person's name or contact details. If you use the free check, we keep the choices you made (for example a borough or a NAICS code — never a name or address you type) for 30 days to show you the result. If you give an email, we use it only to send what you asked for — up to two updates and one note about the service — and we stop when you reply STOP or unsubscribe. If you confirm a business's page, we keep the confirming address and the date so the page's controls stay with the business. Ask us to delete any of this at any time.
